It is a well known aspect of Poker that you simply must bluff at some point during the game. Of course, what ultimately matters is what hand you have. But bluffing gives you a certain edge, provided you are a good enough liar to pull it off. On the other hand, some see it as mandatory to bluff, since it takes the game out of the realm of the ordinary and turns it into a battle of wits and whiles.

When playing a poker game, the first thing to ascertain, of course, is what kind of a hand you have. If it is a rare, good hand, then you have no need to use any of your “psychological weapons.” If, however, you see that you really have nothing to lose, then you choose your victims carefully. And then decide what you are going to do.
